It's not everyday that you help a seller achieve a dream but for these sellers they had an EXACT number in mind, $350,000 to be exact.
Now the issue was there had not been a mobile home sell for anything close to $350,000 in Adairsville in the last 5 years according to FMLS records. (We didn't go any further back )
