How to get over the house that got away:
Pull up a chair and come on in! I just brewed a fresh pot of coffee and I'm here to help relieve your house hunting blues.
They say Real Estate Agents double as "therapists" for a reason you know!
You found THE ONE. You wrote THE OFFER; you created Pinterest boards full of inspo for how you would Chip and Jo that kitchen after closing day. BUT the sellers didn't accept your offer.. how do you get over missing out on THE HOUSE!
As cliche as it sounds .. it wasn't meant to be! I know it's hard to hear, but I promise it's true.
Did you know that every buyer of ours that has missed out on "the one" actually ended up glad that they did? Believe it or not, every single time, they've found an even more perfect for them, home!
So what do you do in the moment? A few things..
1. Know that you offered your highest and best. There is nothing more you could've done.
2. Know that there WILL be another house for you!
3. Keep looking! Many times when a buyer misses out on House #1.. the actual ONE is not far behind! You know what you're looking for now and you won't hesitate when it's time to make a move.
4. You're making smart real estate decisions. If you would've offered higher than you did or waived a major contingency, you might have regretted it. Now you can take what you learned and apply it to the next house!
Have you hesitated starting your house hunting journey because of the competition?

Wishing Everyone in Cartersville a Merry Christmas
Our original idea for a Christmas video was to have our team come together dressed in their best Christmas garb to sing you a classic Christmas carol. Obviously, we can’t do that with COVID-19, so we decided to have each one of our team members wish you and your family a very happy and healthy holiday season. It’s been a crazy year, but we pray that you’re able to slow down, soak in some moments of peace, and enjoy the time with your family and loved ones. To hear our team’s full message, watch this short v
